At East Ocean Aquatic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
